AOChub Client

There are two ways that AOChub gets its data:

• users can upload screenshots through our web site, or
• users can use the AOChub Client to automatically upload screenshots for them.

How the AOChub Client works

The AOChub Client is a small Windows program that runs in the background and monitors your Age of Conan screenshots folder. Whenever a new screenshot is found, it looks for useful information and sends it to the AOChub web site.

To use the AOChub Client, you must:

• download the client,
• sign up for AOChub,
• run the client (an icon will appear in the taskbar), and
• right-click on the icon in the taskbar and choose START to start monitoring for screenshots.

Note that you must have an AOChub user account in order to upload files using the AOChub Client!

Important note to users with a customized User Interface

If you've customized the user interface to Age of Conan to the point where fonts and colors are different, we may not be able to use your screenshots. Our system is designed to use the default, standard color scheme and fonts in the game (which most players use anyway).

To test and see if your modified UI works with our system, take a screenshot of an item and upload it directly to our web site. You will get immediate feedback listing what items were found. If no items were found, your UI may not be compatible with our system.
